– 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in process modeling, system analysis, and requirements gathering.
– Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint for requirements management, documentation, and collaboration.
– Skilled in creating workflow diagrams, process maps, and data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, and Lucidchart.
– Expertise in writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, BRDs, FRDs, and traceability matrices.
– Strong understanding of Agile principles; experienced in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and supporting daily stand-ups.
