Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Site Safety Representative, ANS

At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving—doing it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

• You’ll ensure project site contractors and vendors meet contract HSE requirements and applicable HSE laws, regulations, and codes.
• You’ll represent the company with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• You’ll work with a site team, corporate team, and contractors to complete HSE tasks in a fast‑paced work environment.
• You’ll complete project‑level risk reviews and maintain company‑specific risk assessments.
• You’ll represent the company in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings.
• You’ll develop and maintain project‑level HSE procedures, presentations, and project‑management trackers.
• You’ll review and evaluate incident investigations, root‑cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• You’ll track and validate contractor HSE metrics at the assigned project site.
• You’ll conduct HSE observations and self‑assessments at the assigned project site.
• You’ll utilize ISNetworld to evaluate contractor HSE performance.

• 3‑10 years’ experience in construction HSE; preferably renewables.
• B.A./B.S. degree.
• CHST, ASP, or CSP certification.
• Working knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
• OSHA 30 Construction; OSHA 500 preferred.
• Trained or willing to be trained in first aid/CPR.
• Comfortable commuting to and working in remote locations.
• Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
