Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Occupational Health & Safety
At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving—doing it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.
Responsibilities- You’ll ensure project site contractors and vendors meet contract HSE requirements and applicable HSE laws, regulations, and codes.
- You’ll represent the company with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- You’ll work with a site team, corporate team, and contractors to complete HSE tasks in a fast‑paced work environment.
- You’ll complete project‑level risk reviews and maintain company‑specific risk assessments.
- You’ll represent the company in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings.
- You’ll develop and maintain project‑level HSE procedures, presentations, and project‑management trackers.
- You’ll review and evaluate incident investigations, root‑cause analyses, and corrective actions.
- You’ll track and validate contractor HSE metrics at the assigned project site.
- You’ll conduct HSE observations and self‑assessments at the assigned project site.
- You’ll utilize ISNetworld to evaluate contractor HSE performance.
- 3‑10 years’ experience in construction HSE; preferably renewables.
- B.A./B.S. degree.
- CHST, ASP, or CSP certification.
- Working knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
- OSHA 30 Construction; OSHA 500 preferred.
- Trained or willing to be trained in first aid/CPR.
- Comfortable commuting to and working in remote locations.
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
