Customer Success Associate - Portland, Washington
Location: Hybrid ~70% Remote, 30% In-field (Travel)
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (depending on experience) plus competitive variable
Territory: Portland, Washington
About the RoleThe Customer Success Associate supports customer relationships within a defined territory, assisting in onboarding and helping dental practices integrate Sprint Ray’s digital solutions. This hybrid role combines remote account coordination with occasional in-field engagement to promote adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Training- Assist new customers with product setup and digital workflow basics
- Participate in remote and in-person onboarding sessions
- Support delivery of educational content for study clubs, events, and webinars
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned accounts
- Provide first-level support for product-related questions and usage
- Help identify customer needs and encourage product adoption
- Support organization and facilitation of local study clubs and peer-to-peer events
- Promote a collaborative, engaging customer experience across channels
- Log interactions and feedback in CRM systems
- Escalate technical issues as needed with clear documentation
- 2 years of customer-facing experience (dental, healthcare, SaaS preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with digital tools, CRM platforms, and remote work
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned region
- Some regional travel with occasional overnight stays (1–2 nights/week max)
