Summit Veterinary Referral Center - Full Time Client Service Representative

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and checking them in to the hospital. You will assist clients, discuss fees and payment options, answer questions about emergency cases that may be seen, and collect deposits and payments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Greet clients with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional customer service
• Assess patients at arrival and determine the appropriate level of care needed for each pet
• Discuss clinic fees and payment options
• Answer client questions regarding clinic services and pet care
• Communicate with veterinary technicians and veterinarians regarding patients’ status
• Maintain client information and medical records in an accurate and organized manner

• Prior experience in customer service or veterinary setting preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced and stressful environment
• Detail‑oriented and able to accurately manage and prioritize tasksi>
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards pets and their owners

• Client Services operates 7 days a week, we are seeking someone with flexible availability.
• Anticipated schedule options:
  Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6am-6pm or Overnight 6pm-6am. Apply to learn more!

• Hourly pay range: $18.00 - $23.00 depending on experience
• Night differential paid for any hours worked within 6pm-6am
