What you’ll doAnswer customer phone calls and online booking requests. Schedule and dispatch trips across our fleet. Communicate with chauffeurs in real time. Handle changes, escalations, and customer service questions. Manage corporate account bookings.
RequirementsExcellent phone presence and customer service skills, comfort with technology and dispatch software, knowledge of Tacoma and Puget Sound geography, ability to work shift schedules including nights and weekends, problem‑solving under time pressure.
Valid CDL Class B with P and A endorsements, current DOT medical card, 2+ years commercial driving experience.
