Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for an opportunity near South Seattle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing high-volume phone interactions, and providing accurate support across billing, account, payment, and service-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and strong service standards.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, account information, billing, payments, and order status.
  • Process customer payments securely, verify billing details, and maintain accurate account records.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, update account information, and complete data entry in company systems.
  • Research and resolve customer issues, escalating complex concerns to management when needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and a positive customer experience is achieved.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
