The Role
We’re looking for a customer service representative who cares about sustainability and wants their daily work to make a real environmental impact. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers recycling their electronics responsibly.
What You’ll Do- Respond to customer emails with clear, helpful information
- Answer phone calls and explain recycling and pickup services
- Review and organize photos of electronics sent by customers
- Request additional photos or details when needed
- Track customer requests and follow them through to completion
- Communicate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper handling
- People who care about environmental protection and sustainability
- Strong communicators who enjoy helping others
- Organized, reliable individuals comfortable using email and smartphones
- Customer service experience is helpful, but not required
- Your work directly supports responsible recycling and reuse
- Training provided—no prior recycling experience needed
- Supportive, respectful team culture
