As a Service Advisor, you're more than the connection between the customer and the shop—you're a trusted guide who helps customers understand their vehicle's needs while delivering an exceptional service experience. Our Service Advisors earn an average of $6,500 per month, with top performers earning even more.
What You’ll Be Doing:Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
Listen to customer concerns and recommend the appropriate services and repairs
Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly
Manage service appointments, follow-ups, and customer updates
Build lasting relationships through trust, reliability, and exceptional service
- Experience in automotive service, customer service, sales, or a related field
