Site Support Representative
Pay: $26.00–$27.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a customer-focused Site Support Representative to serve as the primary on-site resource at assigned customer locations. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day operational needs, including inventory management, order support, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate builds strong customer relationships, responds promptly to inquiries, resolves issues efficiently, and ensures customers receive accurate and timely service.

Success in this role requires excellent communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Account Support
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, and service requests.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through timely communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Enter customer quotes, orders, and account information into the company's ERP system.
  • Monitor and expedite open orders and quotes to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Inventory & Operational Support
  • Monitor customer inventory levels, including minimum/maximum quantities and safety stock.
  • Support inventory management solutions, including vending systems and other automated technologies.
  • Learn and utilize customer-specific systems and operational processes.
  • Identify inventory issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal departments, including Customer Service, Account Management, Operations, and Solutions teams.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure customer requests are resolved accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate customer concerns and opportunities for process improvements.
Customer Site Compliance
  • Follow all customer-specific safety, security, and operational procedures while working on-site.
  • Maintain required certifications, site access credentials, and training.
  • Represent the company professionally while building positive customer relationships.
Professional Development
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of products, systems, and company processes.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
Schedule
  • Full-time, up to 40 hours per week.
  • Work schedule is based on customer and business needs.
  • Flexibility may be required to accommodate customer operating hours.
Travel Requirements Travel is a regular part of this position and varies based on customer needs. Some days require little or no travel, while others may involve visiting multiple customer locations. Certain sites may be located up to approximately three hours from home, and occasional overnight travel may be required. Approved travel expenses and lodging for overnight travel are reimbursed.

Qualifications Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
  • Two to three years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting customers in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or on-site environments preferred.
  • Experience using ERP systems (such as Prophet 21/P21) is preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn ERP systems, inventory technologies, and business software.
