VCA Parkway Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. At VCA Animal Hospitals, we take our mission statement of your pet's health is our top priority and excellent service is our goal very seriously. The right candidate is able to multitask, effectively communicate with others, comfortable working alone and in groups, and is available to work some weekend and evening shifts.

Our hospital is a growing business that prides itself on a positive and supportive work environment where personal growth and development are priorities. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients and patients and are looking for an amazing customer service representative to help us with this goal.

$19-$21.00/hour dependent on experience

Why We Need You:
As the face of VCA, Client Service Representatives set the tone for the practice. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for: customer service; greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients. Presenting and explaining fees, processing payments.

Assisting clients in obtaining products and services. Answering general questions and educating clients on non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control). Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence. Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste as necessary) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
