In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives professional, friendly communication. • Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding maintenance reminders, declined services, missed appointments, and follow-up communication
• Respond to customer leads through phone, text, email, and online inquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions in dealership software systems
• Work closely with service advisors and service management to maximize appointment show rates
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service with every interaction
• Follow established call, text, and email processes
• Assist with service retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and appointment information

Service Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional and customer-focused demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays

Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
