Toyota of Tacoma is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Agent to join our Service Department and help support and manage our TLE operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a busy team.

Automotive experience is helpful, but it is not required — we are willing to train the right person!

What You'll Do

You'll help keep the customer and TLE process running smoothly by greeting and assisting customers, coordinating vehicle availability and customer needs, handling check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate records, communicating with Service Advisors and management, answering calls and customer questions, documenting vehicle information and condition, and helping make sure our customers have a great experience.

You'll be an important connection between our customers and our Service Department.

Previous customer service, dealership, rental vehicle, hospitality, front desk, or automotive experience is a plus — but we are happy to train someone with the right attitude and customer-service mindset.
