Status: Full-time
Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Four days per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off; scheduling flexibility is required

What Our Client Service Representatives Do

• Serve as a primary point of communication for clients throughout their experience with the hospital
• Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service in person and over the phone
• Schedule and coordinate appointments accurately and efficiently
• Ask appropriate questions, gather information, and relay details clearly to the medical team
• Manage client communications using strong verbal and written communication skills
• Work with multi-line phone systems, email, and veterinary practice software
• Support basic triage communication and learn to identify situations that may require urgent attention
• Use basic veterinary terminology and knowledge of common animal medical concerns when communicating with clients
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow client service team members
• Maintain a professional, positive, and organized front desk environment
• Follow established hospital processes and communication standards
• Contribute to a workplace where team members can have fun, stay positive, and enjoy the work they do

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in a customer service representative or reception role within a healthcare setting
• Veterinary experience is preferred
