Job Description
Orthodontic specialty practice focused on family and patient centered care looking for an experienced Treatment coordinator. Professional office, organized systems with Dr and team supported management. Dr. Robert Perlot, of Perlot Orthodontics is a board-certified orthodontist who operates two private orthodontic offices in Olympia and a satellite office in Shelton, WA.
Required:
Dental assisting/office experience, insurance knowledge, excellent patient communication, customer service skills and financial management experience.
Position is Part Time ( M/T/W) involves using orthodontic software, email, working with new patient exams, presenting treatment plans, discussing finances, taking x-rays and beginning records. Duties will also manage/scheduling patient appointments, answering and responding to phone/fax/email messages. This position will work closely with front desk and financial coordinator. HIPAA protocols and systems in place. This position requires excellent organization and communication with attention to detail.
Hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays.
Set
Hours:
7:00 am to 4:30pm.
Pay: $24.50/hr .
One week each month, there is a shortened clinical week. These hours can be discussed with varied flexibility offered.
