Associate Dentist

Our established, busy practice in Tacoma, WA is looking for a skilled, patient-focused General Dentist to join the team 1–2 days a week. You’ll step into a full schedule with a loyal patient base and an experienced support team that handles the business side, so you can focus on patients. If you want to add clinical days, keep your restorative skills sharp, or practice in the Pacific Northwest without the demands of ownership - this role is for you!

• Perform restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns and bridges
• Complete hygiene exams and periodic evaluations
• Diagnose oral health conditions and build clear, personalized treatment plans
• Explain treatment options in a way patients understand and feel good about
• Work closely with hygienists, assistants and front office staff to keep a busy day running smoothly
• Keep accurate, timely clinical notes and records

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active, unrestricted Washington State dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Active DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification
• Confident in restorative dentistry, especially crown and bridge
• A warm chairside manner and strong patient communication
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume schedule
