Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Architect to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing attractive, functional, and environmentally sustainable outdoor spaces, collaborating closely with our project teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed landscape designs, plans, and 3D models in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
- Conduct site analysis, including assessment of existing flora, topography, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
- Prepare proposals, including concept designs, cost estimates, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Provide guidance on the selection of materials, plants, and other elements for landscaping projects.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Professional licensure as a Landscape Architect is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design and project management.
- Proficiency in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, environmental design, and urban planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
