Architectural Technologist

As a Junior Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for assisting in the design planning and construction of building projects You will work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction This position is suitable for men looking for entry-level employment in Washington USA

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and specifications
• Prepare 3D models and visualizations of proposed designs
• Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with design plans
• Assist in project coordination including communication with contractors and suppliers
• Participate in design meetings and present ideas and solutions to project challenges

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
• Strong knowledge of building materials construction techniques and building codes
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is preferred

This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month

Fluency in English is required as this position involves communication with clients contractors and suppliers
