Architecture Manager

The Architecture Manager will oversee all aspects of architectural design and development for our company in Washington. This position requires a high level of creativity, strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of architects and designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.

This is a full‑time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

• Manage and lead a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, including conducting performance evaluations and setting goals for professional development.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to develop architectural plans that meet their needs and comply with building codes and regulations.
• Review project proposals, designs and construction documents to ensure quality, accuracy and feasibility.
• Oversee the coordination of project schedules, budgets, resources and deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance on design decisions as needed.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards project success.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up etc.
• Valid work visa for employment in Washington; own visa preferred.
• Ability to work part-time if desired, flexible schedule available.
