Senior Architect; Indian Nationals

We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Washington DC As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to building codes You will also collaborate with clients contractors and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively

• Oversee the design process for various projects from conception to completion
• Review designs and plans to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with building codes
• Collaborate with clients contractors and other team members to understand project requirements and address any issues that arise during construction
• Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
• Lead a team of architects and designers providing guidance and support as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends advancements in technology and changes in building codes
