We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Washington As a Design Assistant you will work closely with our architects and designers to create high-quality architectural plans and drawings Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits producing technical drawings and assisting with project management The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architecture principles excellent AutoCAD skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the architecture industry while working on exciting projects in one of the most vibrant cities in the USA
SalarySalary $1500month
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project development
- Produce accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD and other software
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design solutions that meet client needs and requirements
- Assist with project management tasks such as coordinating with contractors obtaining permits and managing budgets
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes regulations and safety standards
- Conduct quality control checks on all architectural plans before final submission
- Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and best practices
