POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Maintain a developmentally appropriate environment in the classroom

* Develop activities that meet group and individual needs of students

* Ensure a safe and well-managed after-school program

REQUIREMENTS:

* Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools'Teaching Statements and Statement of Faith

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Positive attitude

* Good communication skills

* Demonstrate an attitude of support and encouragement

* Prefer one to two years experience in school-age program

WORK HOURS:

Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm

SALARY:

$20.50 - $22.00, depending on experience
