Job Overview
Group Fitness Instructors lead group-based instruction for a variety of formats; at least one class per week on a regular schedule. They provide a safe, friendly, and fun environment for GW students, staff, faculty, and community participants. Instructors demonstrate instructional skills, strategies, and knowledge of group fitness components. They maintain general organization of studio equipment and technology, follow and enforce Campus Recreation policies and procedures, and attend meetings and continuous training opportunities as provided.
Required Qualifications- Certified in group fitness, yoga, Pilates, barre, or another relevant format.
