Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working in schools near Tacoma, WA. In this contract role, you'll partner with educators and families to develop effective behavioral interventions that empower students to succeed. You'll collaborate closely with school staff and serve as a resource and advocate for best practices in behavioral management.

Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience providing ABA services within a school setting preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for supporting children with diverse needs
  • Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and program assessment in educational environments
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on behavioral strategies
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and update plans as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student behavioral goals
  • Foster a positive, inclusive school environment focused on student growth
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
