• Proficiency in psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations
• Strong grasp of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues impacting students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Preferred experience working in a school setting
• Commitment to cultural competence and equitable service provision to a diverse population

• Must hold a Master's in School Psychology
• Mandatory School Psychologist Licensure in STATE
• Successful completion of drug and background checks

• Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a Pro Care Recruiter
• Subsequent 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with the school district
• Typically, an offer is provided within 24 hours of the virtual interview
