Position Details

Position Description

The Division of Social, Behavioral and Human Sciences within the School of Interdisciplinary Arts & Sciences (SIAS) at the University of Washington (UW) Tacoma projects the need for instruction in Introductory Psychology, Psychological Research, Clinical Psychology, and Cognitive Psychology during the 2024-25 academic year. We invite applications for Part-Time Lecturers Temporary from individuals with expertise and/or teaching experience in one or more of these areas.

These are part-time positions with quarterly (3-month) service periods that begin on September 16, December 16, and/or March 16.

The base salary range for this position will be $5597 per quarter per 5-credit course commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. A summary of benefits associated with this title/rank can be found at .

Qualifications

This position requires an earned master's or PhD (or foreign equivalent) degree in a related field at the time of appointment.
