Campus Enrollment Manager
Cascade Christian Schools, a high-quality, independent, interdenominational school system, is accepting applications for a full-time Campus Enrollment Manager. Founded in 1992, Cascade Christian Schools serves infants through grade twelve, and today is a thriving school district serving students and families throughout Pierce County. Position Responsibilities:
- As directed by the campus principal, provide quality customer service to support campus office needs and enhance admissions and retention efforts.
- Work closely with and report directly to the Director of Campus Enrollment, Elementary Principals, and CEM Lead to develop and implement the enrollment management plan for Cascade Christian Schools.
- Respond to staff, parent, or public inquiries to provide appropriate information
- Assist administrative assistants, teachers, and parents in the smooth operation of the school and school activities.
- Support and encourage principal-led retention efforts and goals.
- Coordinate and support other CCS campus activities and goals as needed.
- Word-of-Mouth Marketing – Provide a campus-specific implementation of word-of-mouth marketing strategies to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Stories and social media – Responsible for telling stories for the website and social media.
- Community Marketing – Pursue opportunities to market CCS in the community to promote each specific campus. This includes feeder schools and churches, as well as an area business.
- Inquiry Follow-up System – Carry out an aggressive, systematic follow-up strategy and sequence for all inquiries, including phone and email.
- Campus Visits – Provide customer-centered campus tours and shadow days. Promote district-wide tours and open houses.
- Enrollment – Follow up with all candidates throughout the admissions and enrollment process.
- Retention– Follow new families through their first year, making sure they are connected with other CCS parents, working toward feeling a sense of belonging, and assisting campus principals and staff with efforts to create a retention-oriented culture within the campus.
Requirements:
- Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching Statements
- AA required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum two years of work-related experience
- Ability to work some weekends
- Proficiency in current social media technologies
- Experience using Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communicator
- A self-starter; takes the initiative

- A strong proponent of Christian education with a biblical worldview

- Willingness to travel and work at multiple campuses
- Ability to attend staff devotions
- First-aid and CPR-certified or willing to receive and pass certification training
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Salary Range:
$23.30 - $26.30
