Cascade Christian Schools in Tacoma, WA, seeks a 3's and 4's childcare lead teacher for the Frederickson Early Learning Center. The role supports Christ-centered education, nurturing growth in young children, and strong family involvement.
The ideal candidate plans monthly lessons, maintains a developmentally appropriate classroom, and fosters student progression with a collaborative team. CDA/AA or BA preferred, STARS 30 hours, CPR/First Aid, TB test, 18+, lift 30 lbs, 1–2 years ECE experience.
