Job DescriptionCascade Christian Schools, a high-quality independent interdenominational school system, welcomes applications for a full‑time Campus Enrollment Manager in our Frederickson Elementary campus.
Founded in 1992, Cascade Christian Schools serves infants through grade twelve, supporting students and families throughout Pierce County. The school is Christ‑centered, developing leaders who are spiritually, personally, and academically prepared to impact their world.
Position Responsibilities- Provide quality customer service to support campus office needs and enhance admissions and retention efforts.
- Work closely with the Director of Campus Enrollment, Elementary Principals, and CEM Lead to develop and implement the enrollment management plan.
- Respond to staff, parent, or public inquiries to provide appropriate information.
- Assist administrative assistants, teachers, and parents in the smooth operation of the school and school activities.
- Support and encourage principal‑led retention efforts and goals.
- Coordinate and support other campus activities and goals as needed.
- Implement campus‑specific word‑of‑mouth marketing strategies to enhance lead generation.
- Create stories for the website and social media.
- Promote the school in the community to feeder schools, churches, and local businesses.
- Execute a systematic follow‑up strategy for all inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide campus tours, shadow days, district‑wide tours, and open houses.
- Follow up with all candidates throughout the admissions and enrollment process.
- Help new families through their first year, connecting them with other families and fostering a retention‑oriented culture.
- Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching Statements.
- AA required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum two years of work‑related experience.
- Ability to work some weekends.
- Proficiency in current social media technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communicator and self‑starter who takes initiative.
- Strong, clear Christian testimony, mature, godly spirit, lifestyle of biblical integrity.
- Proponent of Christian education with biblical worldview.
- Advocate for the school’s mission and purpose, with dedication, commitment, flexibility, and responsiveness to others.
- Ability to listen, respond to counsel, travel and work at multiple campuses.
- Ability to attend staff devotions.
- First‑aid and CPR‑certified or willing to receive and pass certification training.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Salary Range$23.30 – $26.30 per hour.
