Duties
Provides leadership and oversight to four or more GS-09 Training Instructors.
Conducts instructor-led training, webinars, and blended learning sessions in accordance with agency instructional standards.
Develops detailed lesson plans, instructional aids, and course materials in alignment with standardized training requirements.
Administers pre-tests, quizzes, and post-assessments to evaluate knowledge acquisition.
Leads the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow.
Collaborates with supervisors, training managers, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and scheduling requirements.
