Job Title
* THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL POSITION, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF THE DUTY LOCATION*
Major Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:- Using adult learning principles, as trainer/instructor for education covering diverse topics such as leadership development, supervisory skills training, effective communication, critical thinking, conflict management and prevention and management of disruptive behavior.
- Develops and records methodology for training programs
- Continually reviews and implements changes based on policies and federal regulations.
- Provides advisory services to managers and supervisors to properly plan training needs for employees
- Maintains library of course catalogs and course announcements
- Makes logistical arrangements for in house training, work with training vendors / instructors to determine audio-visual aids and obtains required equipment.
- Other duties as needed
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
