Salary Range: $5,400.00 - $6,656.00 Salary/year

To implement the parish’s commitment to formation of preschool-aged (ages 1-5) children and their families. This includes preschool formation and support for the families of young children.

• Collaborates with Pastor, staff and consultative bodies in implementing the mission of the parish.
• Leads preschool formation programs offering age-appropriate faith formation experiences that nurture spiritual growth through prayer, Scripture, liturgy, storytelling and family engagement.
• Recruits, trains, directs, schedules and evaluates volunteers to assist in the program.
• Manages and prepares the preschool faith formation space collaborating with the Pastoral Associate, Pastoral Assistant for Administration and facilities staff to ensure that it is safe, well-equipped and prepared for formation events.
• Identifies and prepares materials for preschool faith formation.
• Ensures that the environment, facilities and curriculum offered complies with safe environment guidelines of the Archdiocese of Seattle.
• Prepares formation materials and other resources for parents.
• Mantains a current level of knowledge and skills required for the ministry participating in regional and Archdiocesan professional meetings as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
