* Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
* Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with student goals and state standards
* Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
* Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
* Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional collaboration
* Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies, accommodations, and assistive technology as appropriate
* Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional development### ### Qualifications
* Valid Washington State Special Education teaching certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
* Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
* School-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
