Tacoma Public Schools in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a para educator to provide one-on-one assistance to a 12th grade student with a disability during the school day, under supervision of a certificated teacher.
This 0.8125 FTE position works 6.5 hours per day plus a 30-minute duty-free lunch, totaling 7 hours on campus, with benefits and 183 workdays per year.
Candidates must complete the General Para educator Certificate and will undergo 28 hours of district training within four months of hire.
