Overview
This established fire protection design-build contractor, headquartered in the Puget Sound, partners with developers, general contractors, landlords, and corporate clients across Western Washington. Supporting aerospace innovators, hydroelectric providers, and major corporations, they are expanding and seeking a Fire Protection Design Engineer / Project Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and coordination of fire protection systems
- Manage projects from design through delivery, including budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Oversee permitting, submittals, and construction administration
- Support estimating, pre-construction, and procurement for future projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful outcomes
