Land Surveyor

We are a leading land surveying company based in Washington seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction, engineering, and development projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and tools
• Proficiency in using CAD software for data analysis and mapping
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and legal documents
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of other languages is a plus

• Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, contours, and other topographical features
• Use various surveying tools such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels to collect accurate data
• Analyze survey data using CAD software to create maps, charts, and reports
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate placement of structures on the site
• Review legal documents such as deeds, plats, easements, and rights-of-way to ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients
• Adhere to safety procedures while working on construction sites

Competitive salary of $900 per week with potential for growth within the company.
