Software Engineering Intern job oma, WA. AST is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join our Engineering Team for the Y2025 summer internship period. This is a full-time position that is located onsite in Tacoma, Washington.

The compensation range for onsite WA applicants is $22.50 to $25.00 an hour. All applicants are welcome to apply.

• Design software and control systems for simple automation, including embedded products, robotics, vision, PLC, HMI, and other peripheral and modular codes.
• Perform machine testing, experiments, and debug activities per the testing and qualification plans.
• Assist with documentation, technical writing, and research.
• Other tasks as assigned.
