Engineer Controls Drafter/Auto Cad
Apex Staffing Group LLC is looking for an experienced Engineer Controls Drafter/Auto Cad to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings of control systems, using AutoCAD software.
Compensation: $26-31 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings of control systems, using AutoCAD software.
- Work with engineers to develop and modify drawings to ensure accuracy of the designs.
- Ensure drawings meet applicable codes and standards.
- Review and edit existing drawings to reflect changes in design.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for drawings.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design issues.
- Maintain records of design changes.
- Assist in the development of technical documents.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge of control systems design and drafting standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
