The Player Development Executive is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our most preferred guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while driving revenue growth for the casino. Duties include acting as the main liaison between the casino and preferred guests, providing personalized service, and meeting their needs and preferences during their visits. This role involves coordinating with other casino departments to ensure seamless service delivery, handling sensitive guest information confidentially, and implementing strategies to increase revenue from preferred guests.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree in hospitality or related field.

Experience & Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a casino host.
• At least four years of experience in gaming with an emphasis in customer service.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably within a high-end or casino environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Superior guest service and sales skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience in sales or upselling and knowledge of casino operations.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; sitting/standing up to 10 hours per day.
• Good manual and finger dexterity.
• Lifting items up to 25 lbs.
• Tolerance of a smoke-filled environment.

• Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.

All applicants must obtain a Class III A license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission. Pre‑employment drug testing is required for all positions. However, the use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant unless the position requires driving a company vehicle.

Emerald Queen Casino at Fife is a popular local spot as well as a favorite concert and entertainment destination in the Pacific Northwest region. Amenities at EQC Fife include over 2,300 slots, 103 hotel rooms, and a voluminous 25,000 square foot multi‑purpose event space and ballroom. Just three miles south of Fife, in the city of Tacoma, is the location of the second EQC property—Emerald Queen Casino Tacoma, a $400 million project that opened in June 2020.

This brand‑new facility boasts a Vegas‑style gaming floor complete with over 2,100 slots, more than 60 table games, 155 hotel rooms and suites, six dining venues, and a 250‑seat sports bar. EQC Tacoma features traditional and contemporary Coast Salish artwork and architectural elements designed by Puyallup tribal members. Keeping the environment in mind, building elements using recycled materials and architecture designed to meet or beat the State’s energy code requirements were thoughtfully executed during construction.

EQC Tacoma is also the home of the Emerald Queen Event Center, a state‑of‑the‑art indoor event space with stadium seating capacity for 1800+ concert‑goers.
