All employees have a 120-day probationary period starting on their 1st day. During this time, they train, onboard, and work in-person at the office. Depending on the role and with manager approval, hybrid schedules (part remote, part in-person) may be available after probation. Employees must live in WA State and be able to report to THA's main office in Tacoma. Some local and domestic travel may be required.
