Position Overview

The Capital Markets Associate will play an integral role in supporting the financing, structuring, and execution of transactions across the company’s growing portfolio. This includes
project finance, tax equity, debt capital markets, and corporate-level initiatives
. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of project-level and corporate-level financing transactions, including tax equity, construction debt, term debt, and portfolio financings.

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate financing structures and capital allocation decisions.

  • Prepare investment committee materials, lender presentations, and supporting analyses.

  • Assist in managing relationships with financing counter parties, including banks, tax equity investors, advisors, and legal counsel.

  • Conduct market research and benchmarking on financing trends, investor appetite, and renewable energy capital markets activity.

  • Support due diligence processes, documentation reviews, and transaction closings.

Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or a related financial field.

  • Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets.

  • Experience working on infrastructure, energy, or power transactions preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
