Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, payments, transfers, and check cashing with accuracy and confidentiality;
Balance cash drawer and ATM and process night drop deposits; ensure safekeeping of money;
Maintain branch integrity by performing daily tasks and risk mitigation;
Interact with clients to identify needs and provide proactive solutions; refer basic bank products to appropriate partners;
Continuously learn Columbia Bank products and services and stay updated on changes
