Lead teller team while coaching other tellers to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness in-person;
Manage day-to-day teller line duties including scheduling, staffing, and adherence to regulatory procedures;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a Banker as appropriate;
Balance cash drawers and ensure accurate cash handling and transactional processing;
Support onboarding and training of new tellers and uphold branch compliance and service standards
