Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Finance

Drive the financial engine of a mission‑led supply chain as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance, where a people‑first culture meets high‑impact strategic leadership.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance, distribution, inventory management, and master data teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop strategies to enhance supply chain business analytics and reporting.
• Oversee budget and financial reporting for a $100M+ annual spend across materials, labor, and overhead.
• Lead the annual operating plan, budgeting, and standard‑setting processes.
• Manage the monthly excess/obsolete inventory process to minimize waste and maximize working capital.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, manage monthly variance analyses, and ensure all financial statements align with GAAP and month‑end deadlines.
• Facilitate monthly manufacturing and distribution financial reviews with senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in Finance.
• Background in manufacturing, international operations, and technical accounting highly preferred.
