ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Associate/Registered Client Associate, you will become a trusted resource to our clients, advisors, and the branch. You will use your administrative and operational skills to help our advisors manage and grow their business, demonstrating a client‑first approach while meeting compliance standards.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions.
- Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs, escalating to financial advisors when appropriate.
- Obtain and maintain appropriate account documentation, communicating with clients about items needed and adhering to compliance standards.
- Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires and ACH in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC’s Code of Conduct.
Must‑have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job‑related experience.
- Strong soft skills including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills.
- Attention to detail and a mindset focused on improving advisor efficiency and effectiveness.
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses or willingness to obtain license within 12 months of hire.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
Nice‑to‑have
- Current FINRA registrations.
- Financial services experience.

Salary range:
Registered Client Associate $49,500–$77,000;
Client Associate $44,000–$66,000. Additional discretionary variable compensation based on individual and business performance.
