Accounting Manager

We're partnering with a growing glass manufacturing company to find an accounting professional who wants more than a traditional close-the-books role.

This role is 100% on site at their Tacoma (98446) location

This is for the person who wants to understand the business-walking the plant floor, learning what happens at the cutting table and tempering line, and turning that operational knowledge into financial insight leadership can actually use.

This isn't a seat-warming accounting job. You'll own analytical projects, build visibility into margins, and serve as a genuine thought partner to finance leadership. The scope is expected to grow with you.

• Analyzing profitability by product, process, yield, and location
• Spending time on the shop floor to understand inventory practices and workflow
• Building and refining reporting inside ERP systems
• Supporting a multi-entity structure with multiple income statements and real estate holdings
• Running projects independently and communicating findings directly to leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–4 years of public accounting experience
• CPA or active pursuit a strong plus
• Manufacturing exposure helpful, but not required
• Self-directed, intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity
