The Target Pay Range for this position is $21.65–$24.23 per hour. The full Pay Range is $21.65–$28.65 per hour. Compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, performance‑based incentives are available for the hired applicant. The Teller role plays a crucial part in providing quality service to our members. With your excellent member service skills and knowledge of credit union policies and procedures, you will ensure that all teller transactions are conducted accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner, making a positive impact on our members’ banking experience.

Offers are made within this range, taking into account experience, skills, and alignment with internal team compensation. Please note that starting pay typically does not exceed the range midpoint.

• Position Location: Pierce County Financial Center (PCFC)
• Training Locations: Tukwila Financial Center (TFC) (15 days)
• Training: Training includes 10-15 required training days at the Tukwila Financial Center during your first five weeks of employment.
• One-Year Commitment: All Retail new hires are expected to remain in this role and schedule for a minimum of one year before pursuing other opportunities within BECU.
• Travel Required: The ability to commute to both your assigned branch Pierce County FC and the Tukwila Financial Center for training is required.

  Tellers work varying shifts during our operating hours based on business needs. Flexibility to work any scheduled shift, including up to three Saturdays per month, is a core expectation of the role.
