As a Grant Coordinator Limited Duration, you will serve on the grants, contracts, and procurement team and play a crucial role in supporting capital projects with properly administered local, state, and federal grant funding.
In this position, you will be a trusted resource for grant tracking, reporting timelines and requirements, budgets and coding, financial reports, county processes and procedures, maintaining strong relationships with central finance staff, identifying eligible costs, and quarterly reconciliations. How to be Successful in the Role:Bring in your experience and knowledge of grant coordination, organization, continuous quality improvement, your commitment to excellence, and a customer service approach, and you will be successful in this role. We are looking for someone with exposure to local, state, and federal grants who can support project managers in their delivery of capital projects. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Core Daily Responsibilities:- Research, identify, analyze and make recommendations regarding grant sources including identifying associated grant restrictions and conditions.
- Coordinate the development of grant applications by establishing expectations, timelines, outlining tasks, assignments, and deadlines.
- Facilitate timely communications with grantor and program leadership; collect grant submission materials, review and revise and submit grants.
- Maintain contact with and develop working relationships with state, federal and local grantor sources.
- Maintain grantor database and files.
- Assist project managers and fiscal office with timely contract, progress reporting, and reimbursement billings.

Qualifications:- An equivalent combination of experience and education that clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute for the recruiting requirements on a year for year basis.
