Summary
The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and product education with counter operations, team collaboration, and vendor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, and build customer loyalty.
- Manage vendor events and promotions, maintain vendor relationships, and keep the department organized and customer-ready.
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain active throughout shifts and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
