3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
  Simpli Fi Program - Multi Care Health System and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Simpli Fi Program - Multi Care Health System.

• X-Ray:
  General X-ray (plain film, abdomen, pelvis), fluoroscopy, OR & Trauma experience
• Portable imaging (required), Knowledgeable on C-arms
• Will transport ED patients to and from X-Ray
• Minimum Years of Experience required? 1-2 years in an acute care setting

Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will NOT be considered.

• Weekend rotation:
  Based on needs of the department
• On-Call: 24 hrs of weekend call per month: may be split into 2x12s if preferred. Response Time: 30 minutes (must be onsite within 30 mins)

Yes, will float into all the areas of the department as well as to Mary Bridge
