• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans
• Supervise ABA programs and staff, ensuring exceptional standards of care
• Guide and support caregivers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with a team of experienced CBAs to deliver outstanding care

• Active CBA Certification (required)
• Proven experience supervising RBTs and technicians
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
